Happy pictures

Sometime back we celebrated the birthday of a little boy called Moses.  Moses is a wonderful happy boy, who just turned 6.  We discovered shortly before his birthday that he can spell BIG words and read very well, way beyond what a little 6 year old is expected to.

We know Moses and his mother about two years ago.  Even without a father, Moses is considered well behaved, polite and cheerful.  His best friend at cell is of course the other and only boy near his age... our very own 5 year old William - who fondly nicknames his friend, "Moses Who Parted The Red Sea."

Well, of course this Moses did not part the Red Sea, but one day, we pray he will know the Lord in a personal way and do great things for Him.

That Saturday morning, we met with Moses and his mom at Ikano.  The kids played at Kids World before heading for Japanese lunch which was Moses' favourite, and mine too... and the kids too!  Who doesn't love Japanese food??  I'm even slowly getting to like sashimi.

In the afternoon we got the kids to sleep, followed by church in the evening and another round of play at Kids World.  Because William did NOT sleep whilst his sister did, we gave him work to do instead whilst his sister got to play and jump and run around and squeal like she always do, with Daddy.  And Mummy did not mind just sitting by the side with William... making sure he finished off a satisfactory amount of written work and reading. *evil laugh*

In the last half hour of so before closing time, we let him off, and the kids played like there was NO TOMORROW!  Literally... coz Kids World was almost empty with only us ruling over the whole place!  Here are their happy pictures... their squeals of joy and laughter and begging for more was PRICELESS!

Finally, thank you Daddy for paying the cut-throat, exorbitant entrance fees for us to play inside...

... and for being the work-horse spinning us round and round until the operators had no heart to make us leave... till the very VERY last minute. Hehehe... MONEY WELL SPENT!!
