Since we were going down to Dr Wong's clinic on Monday 3rd January, we decided to buy a loaf for testing. For a small loaf the size of a lady's palm, it cost RM7.50 and doesn't come cheap.
At Dr Wong's, the bread was tested safe for Victoria to eat, and were were all happy for her. However, it is still best to confirm with the baker and despite numerous calls, there was no answer.
Victoria' allergy points shot up this visit. Very very sad. But I don't know if I'm immune to this already. How many times has it been that she was zerorised in one visit, and then the points shot up again after a few months? Twice? Thrice? Seriously, this is frustrating business and initially we thought this battle could be easily won with just abstainance from all those allergenic food, but guess we are wrong.
Dr Wong suspected something that she ate that must have caused the allergy to return. Could it be the chapati? No, we bought a fresh one next to his clinic and that was tested safe. When we tested McVitie's Hobnob, Daddy's strong arm went down and then doctor shared with us that foods from UK and Australia may not be the safest, because the government do not have strict regulations on ingredients disclosure. Only countries like Finland, Sweden, Norway and Japan have the strictest law on ingredients disclosure.
So what is he saying? What does these all mean? That all these while when we brought food like biscuits, even Orgran brand, to him for testing and they passed, and now we are told that they are not safe because some may have slight egg white glaze on it. So, now have to abstain from ALL biscuits unless home-baked and from trusted sources. So anyone knows who can do this for Victoria?
What's her scores?
Yeast - 12
Egg - 11
Candida - Zero
House Dust Mite - Zero
I asked Vic on the way back if she understood what doctor said, and she said yes. I asked her if she was sad. She said no.
The following days that followed, Daddy continued calling the number of the bread baker. After many tries, he finally got through and spoke to a lady who seem quite in position. Although their shop was in Bangsar, she said their lab (bakery) is in Mont Kiara, and Daddy went straight to MK, met with a Mr Tu there who said we should go to the shop in Bangsar, but at the mention of the lady supervisor's name, he obliged.
The bread, the buns, ahhh... everything was so fresh and heavenly! Daddy picked a red bean bun, cinnamon donut, muffin, multibran oat bread, another loaf of bread and a pizza dough base!
All their product has no-GMO, no coloring, no preservative, no egg, no dairy, no commercial yeast and organic.
Anyone intereested to check out their shop, it's at:
25, Jalan Telawi 2,
Bangsar Baru,
59100 Kuala Lumpur.
Tel: 03-22870959
Or check out their cafe that serves a range of healthy menu Woods Macrobiotics
And here is the first pizza that Victoria ate (after more than 2 years)
Pizza baking in the oven. We put in garlic, capsicum, sausage, organic tomota chunk paste and mozarella cheese. She said spicy, because of the garlic and capsicum, so I scrapped it off and remake without these offending items.
I forgot to take pictures of the glorious buns and bread before wrapping them up to store in the freezer. Aluminium wrapped and then put in air tight container.
Victoria digging into her allergy free bread. I tell ya, it's so yummylicious even though without yeast or dairy. Very healthy too!

Oh...I am so happy that you found some nice bread for Vic to eat.
Sorry about the allergy readings though. Prayerfully dealing with it would become easier.
